Comm-Unity is an intergenerational, site-specific choreography that was performed in and around The Riwaq, a beautiful wooden structure of an Arabic colonnade designed by Marwa Al-Sabouni & Ghassan Jansiz.

The development of the choreography spanned over three months and was developed in collaboration with eight dancers from the local and Brighton University community. Inspiration was drawn from The Riwaq as a place that represents connection and exchange, and even community itself.
